Limited Edition Mega Burners
Introduced to critical acclaim in 2019 the original Alec Bradley Mega Burner took over two years to develop. When filled to capacity the Mega Burner has a burn time of almost 8 hours and the single ignition, easily adjusted mushroom type flame lights every cigar perfectly.
For the designs Alan Rubin, founder of Alec Bradley, turned to friend and celebrated Colorado artist Ralf Schuetz who is renowned for his ‘Urban Pop’, ‘Visionary Art’ and wild, creative album cover graphics. Rubin says he came up with the names for each of the lighters in the series and sent these to Schuetz, then he stepped back to let the artist do what he does best; create “the size of the Mega Burner tank offers a unique opportunity to allow creativity to run wild” Rubin said “ having commissioned projects with Ralf before, I knew his visionary style and use of colour could help me achieve my goal of presenting pieces with collectors appeal”
Schuetz created three graphics to match the names of the lighters which are
- Classic Ink Series - Tatsu
- Pin Up Series - Bomb Girl
- Steampunk Series - Octobot
Each lighter is presented in a luxurious presentation box with the Mega Burner silhouette and a sample of the lighter artwork. Upon opening, the lighter and the story of the artwork’s inspiration are revealed.
Only 500 of each lighter has been produced.
