Bolivar

Bolivar cigars started life around 1900 by José Fernández Rocha and named South American revolutionary Simón Bolívar. The brand was not registered for export until the 1940’s and was a relatively unknown until the mid-1950’s. Bolivar became very popular in the UK as it brought forward a very rich and earthy smoke, with spicy, tangy notes.

Considered by many including Min Ron NEE to ones of the finest cigars in production, not recommended for those new to cigars due to the powerful flavour profile.
