Cavalier Genève was founded by Sebastien Decoppet, originally from Geneva, Switzerland, after spending time in Danlí, Honduras, where he learned the premium cigar-making process at the San Judas Tadeo factory. The brand's logo, featuring a horse and man, was designed by Honduran artist David Rojas, while Eylin Decoppet created its signature gold diamond. Initially growing in Switzerland, the brand expanded globally to North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Decoppet emphasizes that the brand’s journey is shaped by the people in the cigar industry and those involved with Cavalier Genève.
