“My grandfather used to make Perfecto cigars, which were especially popular during the 1920s, '30s, and '40s,” says Carlos Fuente Jr. “When I was a boy, we rolled perfectos by hand, but over time, fewer cigar makers were skilled enough to craft them. As those master rollers aged, retired, or passed on, the art of the Perfecto began to fade. It takes a true artisan to roll an authentic Perfecto cigar.”
