The small corona. The crown of De Olifant range. Delicious for after a meal.
As a Sumatran specialist, De Olifant occasionally takes the “road less travelled”, if this leads to discovery of the rare and naturally sweet “Mata-Fina wrapper” from the Brazilian district of Bahia, the road less travelled is certainly worth it.
Often, just 1% of the annual harvest is suitable for use as wrapper material and because De Olifant is unwilling to compromise on quality, only small amounts of a series can be used. As a result, not all lines are consistently available in their entirety. Just like a good dessert, this cigar is crammed with flavour, it is balanced and has an aroma reminiscent of chocolate.
