This sticky and moist Cavendish is mainly black, with an aroma which invites you in. Whereas most Cherry aromatics have a sweet and almost almond aroma to them, this has a bitter dark cherry scent. The tobacco smokes best either a wide bowled pipe, or dried out in a narrower one. Thanks to the stronger base blend, this tobaccos more strength and nicotine compared to most aromatics. The lack of artificially sweet cherry makes for a great aromatic, the notion of “sweet hot air” is not found in this blend. No wonder this is one of Gawith Hoggarths bestselling international blends.
