Vanilla Cream Flake showcases Mac Barens ability to produce a sweet tobacco without the need for sticky casings. Made using sweet Virginia's, creamy Cavendish and pinch of smooth Burley. A little natural Vanilla is added before a long press. The extra time really allows the flavours of the tobacco and Vanilla to carefully marry like a fine wine. This extra time in the press produces a wonderful tobacco, which if only lightly rubbed out is soft and smooth on the palette. When smoked the underlying Virginia is a big factor in the flavour profile, with the vanilla taking centre stage and producing a delightful room note.
