Latakia is what makes an "English" and Squadron Leader is more than just an English. A tobacco which has been blended to perfection, we love this stuff and so do many others. A stunning blend of Orientals, Latakia and Virginia's, both dark and golden. The smoke is silky smooth, with a complex and balanced array of flavours, with every tobacco represented. The creamy, almost sour cream notes of the Turkish, with earthy, woody notes from the darker Virginia's. The more golden Virginia bring a subtle hay note and melds to create a sweet and smoky flavour. Not overly strong in the nicotine department, but the flavours still make for a very satisfying smoke.
