The limited edition Sir Arthur Conan Doyle pipes have been created and specially manufactured to celebrate the 165th anniversary of the birth of Conan Doyle in 1859 and to honour the person, his medical and literary achievements and his most famous character created.
Inspired by a Gourd Calabash pipe from the dunhill archive that was used in Sherlock Holmes movies, this Conan Doyle pipe is, very appropriately, a Calabash shape made from Briar wood in Group 5 (5), fitted with an engraved Sterling silver Army mount.
Each pipe is accompanied by a Sterling silver tamper representing the detective’s character smoking exactly this Calabash shape.
The highly collectable Sir Arthur Conan Doyle pipes & tampers are presented in a prestigious leather-bound book and come with a numbered and hand-signed limited edition certificate.
The No.1 editions are, as always, not for sale and will be kept in our White Spot archive.
