The White Christmas pipes have been specially created, manufactured and composed to form
a two-pipe set featuring one of Bing Crosby’s favourite pipe shapes, in connoisseur circles often referred to as “Crosby’s”.
These are Liverpool shapes with extra-fine, long stems and elongated mouthpieces and Easyloader tops. To be able to manufacture such a shape requires extra-long briar blocks (or ebauchons), which are more and more difficult to find.
Crosby’s are among the most elegant pipes and especially in smaller sizes extremely rare.
This Crosby set in size group 1 (the 1110 with taper mouthpiece and the 1210 with saddle mouthpiece) is available in several finishes.
Each pipe is fitted with an elegant 9ct Gold band, engraved with a signature Barley pattern and the set is housed in a custom-made “Ventage” leather case.
This series is strictly limited to world-wide only 64 pipe sets:
