Spanu Pipes are one of Europe’s hidden gems, while the name doesn’t come forward often in discussions of Artisan carvers, anyone who ows and smokes these pipes rave about them. Tom Spanu started making pipes as a hobby in 1962 and has never looked back. Working with local Briar, Lemonwood and Olive, perfecting the art of curing the locally harvested materials. They only produce under 1000 pipes a year so they are very rare, each pipe is totally unique.
Zebrawood is a hardwood that is quite rare, the pattern of the grain resembles a Zebras Stripes. This pipe is completely handmade with a silver band and a panelled bowl.
