Introduction
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
We have created this 14 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

Returns
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
a) we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product;
b) the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached,] and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

Returns procedure
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must either;
a) Contact us by email (return@gqtobaccos.com) or phone (+44 (0) 115 822 4949) to discuss the return of items purchased from GQ Tobaccos;
b) Arrange the return through our website, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item;
Once we have received your request for a return we will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss possible actions

Exclusions
The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:
a) food, drink and any other products liable to deteriorate within the period set out in Section 1 and 2 above;
b)pipes, replacement stems, cigarette holders and all other products that are used in the mouth are excluded for hygiene reasons;
c)loose tobaccos, snuffs and cigars are also excluded as storage conditions can cause the products to be come too dry or too moist;

Refunds
We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

Improper returns
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
a) we will not refund or exchange the product;
b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product;

Faulty Goods
In compliance with the Sale of Goods Act, any item can be returned within 28 days for Repair, Replacement or Refund for the following reasons;
a) the item is faulty in its construction or damaged in transit. Any damage caused by misuse or neglect is not grounds for return
b) the item is not as described on our website or through correspondence with GQ Tobaccos Limited
c) all items with manufactures warranty can be returned after the 28 day period for repair. Ensure all warranty forms are returned as repair costs could be charged without the correct warranty paperwork. Consult the relevant Warranty paperwork for warrnaty duration.
